Dems Have Been Lying About Racism & Conservatives Again… Unexpectedly! (post 5/22/26)

As a party that has exploited racial grievance for many years, the Democrats have been having a tough go of it recently.  The fact that American society has made a great deal of progress re: race over the last 50 years or so has created a supply-and-demand problem for race mongers on the left.

There is simply not enough real racism to allow them to play the race card convincingly enough to bully anyone who is not already indoctrinated into their vision of an evil Amerikkka.  You can see that in their sad line-up of recent candidates of proposed African-American martyrs to white racism.

A century ago – when the Democrats themselves were in charge of white racism (!) – they had Emmett Till, and scores of similarly innocent black folks beaten, harassed and even lynched by evil whites.  And you know they’d like to champion the cause of, and profit from,  similarly righteous black victims today.

Unfortunately, the best they can do is try to canonize black criminals, who died in the process of committing crimes.  Trayvon Martin was beating a Hispanic guy’s head into a concrete sidewalk and had already broken his orbital bone and given him a concussion by the time he got shot.  Michael Brown held up a convenience store, and when questioned by a cop, beat him and fought for his gun until the cop shot him in self-defense.  Jordan Neely was a violent recidivist who was threatening a subway car full of innocent citizens when Daniel Penny put him in a defensive chokehold that accidentally resulted in his death.

If innocent black folks were constantly being killed for no reason by racist white monsters, Martin, Brown and Neely would NOT be anybody’s choice for the poster boys for innocent black victimhood.  But that’s all that leftist racial grifters have to work with.

So they pretend that Martin was the innocent kid in his grade school graduation picture, and that Brown put his hands up and said, “Don’t shoot,” and that Neely was a benevolent Michael Jackson impersonator just minding his own business.

To add to the Dems’ humiliation, the recent revelations about the long-running grift of the Southern Poverty Law Center have driven the point home in a darkly hilarious way.  The SPLC money train was so threatened by the lack of evil white racism that the racial arsonists on the payroll were facing the horrifying reality that they might actually have to go out and find honest work!

And they were way too lazy and unskilled for that.  So they managed to round up a pitiful collection of the tiny remnant of KKK mouth-breathers, and a few more who were willing to cosplay as KKK members if the money was right.  And they paid them millions of dollars to scare gullible liberals, so that the SPLC fund-raising scam could continue.

But just when they thought they might have beaten the dead horse of racism back to life, the SCOTUS ruling getting rid of racist gerrymandering threatened their stranglehold on power yet again.  Immediately, one Dem politician and MSM talking head (but I repeat myself) after another sounded the alarm: “If we can’t draw tortuously convoluted district lines to ensure a heavy black majority, there won’t be any black members of Congress left!  Because: RACISM!”

Let me count the creepy, slanderous assumptions underlying that insult.

First, it assumes that blacks will only vote for black candidates – i.e. that blacks are racists – since it assumes that those gerrymandered black districts will always send black pols to Congress.

As with most lies, there is some truth in this.  Because every group has some racism in it, and most groups have a bias for people who are like them, racially or otherwise.  Military vets are predisposed to vote for other vets; blue collar workers or farmers for blue collar workers or farmers, etc.  So most blacks have traditionally voted for black candidates too, all things being equal.

Inconveniently for this argument, Trump got millions of black votes in his presidential campaigns, more than any other GOP candidate in the last century or more.  But if you Dems want to insist that black voters are monolithically racist against all non-blacks, okay.

Second, this claim assumes that whites will not vote for black candidates.

Ahem.  May I call to the court’s attention a certain B. Hussein Obama, the twice-elected black president who would never have won without the votes of tens of millions of (judgment-impaired) white voters?  (In fact, tens of millions of voters who voted for Obama twice went on to vote for Trump multiple times.  Which by itself destroys the Dem narrative about the supposed bone-deep racism of MAGA.)

Or other black candidates who have received the majority of white votes in their districts, whether they ultimately won or not?  Like Tim Scott (SC), Larry Elder (CA),  Herschel Walker (GA), JC Watts (OK), Michael Steele (MD), and many others.  Some of those were great candidates and some were lousy, but all of them got a majority of the white vote.

As did Byron Donalds when he won a House seat in the free state of Florida in 2016.  And he’s the front-runner to be the next Governor, which means that he’ll win millions more white votes.

In fact, the wrong-ness of the anti-white racial grifters on the left can be most clearly – and hilariously! – seen in Memphis and Virginia.  In the racially gerrymandered, heavily black district of Memphis, black Dem voters have been electing and re-electing, for the last 20 years… wait for it… white Jewish doofus Steve Cohen!

And what did Cohen do as soon as SCOTUS fixed the racist gerrymander, which meant that he’d have to appeal to a more diverse electorate in November?  He withdrew from the race!

The delicious, schadenfreude cherry on top of that just-desserts sundae is that the initial new front-runner for that House seat was a black female GOP candidate!  Now that there is going to be a vigorous primary, she might not be the eventually nominee. But how sweet would it be if the Democrat “black representative” (who is white) is replaced by the GOP “white supremacist representative” (who is black) in Tennessee 9?!

Phony Democrat race-baiting was also evident last November in Virginia.  There, the vast majority of supposedly racist conservatives voted for the black candidate instead of the white one.

And spoiler alert, the vast majority of supposedly black-supporting leftist white voters voted for the whitest woman this side of Liz Warren (#wemustneverstopmockingher) and against the blackest woman this side of Lawrence Taylor (Winsome Sears).

And the whitey won!  So hooray for non-racist Democrats!  (Sarcasm very much intended.)

The reality is that despite the Democrats claiming that all voters are motivated by race above all, that is not even remotely true.  The Dems themselves would be thrilled to have white Steve Cohen stay in his seat, instead of a black female conservative, which gives their game away.

Voters on both sides of the political spectrum vote based on a variety of prioritized factors, with race coming pretty far down the list for most of us.

I can’t speak for all conservatives – although what a utopia this country would be if I did! – but I have two priorities that are far above all others: I want conservatism and electability.  Thus I’ll always vote for the most electable conservative in every primary or general election.

Beyond that, I don’t care nearly as much if they’re black or white, male or female, straight or gay, ugly or attractive, tall or short, fat or thin, rich or poor, sick or healthy, Christian or Muslim or atheist, or anything else.

Which is not to say that I wouldn’t use some of those other factors as tie-breakers, especially in primaries, where two candidates might appear to be similarly conservative and electable.  In that case I would prefer a Christian over an atheist or Muslim, because I am a Christian and trust a Christian ethical worldview more than a Muslim or atheist one (I’d be a pretty lousy Christian if I didn’t!)

I’d also lean toward an attractive candidate over an ugly one – because most voters would probably vote for the former over the latter, all else being equal – and a rich one over a poor one – because a more well-financed candidate has a better chance, all things being equal.

After that, I’d probably have preferences in some of the other categories, too.  I’d rather have someone young than old, thin than fat, and healthy than sick – because the former indicate a candidate with a better statistical chance of being able to serve longer and at the peak of his/her powers.

But again, it’s all about conservatism and electability.  I’d MUCH rather vote for an old, black, fat, atheist, gay, female conservative than a young, white, thin, Christian, straight male liberal!

Because no matter how often leftists pretend that we’re all voting based on race, ideology and electability are much more important.

Which is yet one more proof of how diminished racism has become in America today.  So, sorry lefties, but race baiting isn’t going to work on most of us anymore.  You’re going to have to find legitimate, positive reasons for Americans to vote for you.

And I’ve seen your candidates.  So…

Good luck with that!

Great News on Many Fronts! (posted 5/1/26)

The last 48 hours have been full of more good political news than I know what to do with. In fact, so many good things are happening that I’m going to divide them into different categories, just to try to keep them all straight. I already know that I won’t be able to cover them all in this column, so I’m going to have more good news stories again on Monday.

My three categories are good judicial rulings, bad people reaping the consequences of their bad actions, and foolish leftist policies crashing and burning in hilariously entertaining ways.

*Today I’ll focus on the good judicial rulings.

Most of the solid rulings involve gerrymandering, as you might guess. I wrote a column on gerrymandering last week, and if you haven’t seen that one, please check it out. In it, I mentioned that gerrymandering is open to abuse, that both sides do it, and that while it always looks a little fishy, it might be the least unfair way to deal with delineating congressional districts.

Natural population shifts require that House district borders be re-drawn after every census, and the task of adjusting those borders has traditionally been controlled by the party that holds a majority in a state legislature. Asking that any party draw completely neutral borders – and in so doing, give up their legitimate advantage by virtue of their having won a majority –

“elections have consequences” has to be one of the oldest truisms in politics – is unrealistic, to say the least.

I proposed that a rough way to assess how close a party comes to a fair redistricting is to compare the percentage of the presidential vote the minority party got, compared to the percentage of the House seats they hold. I chose 5 red states and 5 blue states to compare, and showed that in the blue states the Dems gave themselves an average advantage of 22%, while in the average red states the GOP gave themselves an average advantage of 11%.

So while both parties give themselves an advantage when they control redistricting, the Dems are twice as bad about that as the GOP. Unexpectedly!

Which is why the Virginia redistricting vote two weeks ago was so obnoxious. About four years ago, purple-state Virginia voters had set up a largely non-partisan body to take redistricting out of one party’s hands, and the result was one of the fairest House district border maps in the country. The state went for Que Mala by about 5%, and their holding 6 out of 11 House seats mirrored that percentage.

Then, of course, after campaigning on a promise not to gerrymander, creepy Abigail Spanberger immediately proposed a ballot measure to gerrymander, and produced a very biased change to 10 Dem House seats to only 1 GOP seat. And then she and Hakeem “Dollar-Store Obama” Jeffries and many other House Dems gloated and taunted the GOP about their underhanded victory.

Annnnndddd…the first great judicial move of the week was made by a VA state judge, who declared the ballot issue unconstitutional. The Democrat VA state Supreme Court immediately took up the case, and in their questioning of the lawyers, seemed to indicate that they will likely reject the new, gerrymandered VA House map.

Sure, it was an obvious and easy call. There were two obvious legal requirements that the Dems violated, involving the timing and the method by which they rammed the matter through. But how many times have we seen partisan leftist judges and courts blatantly disregard the law in order to achieve their desired political outcome?

(Off the top of my head, in Roe v Wade SCOTUS “discovered” a constitutional right to abortion that nobody had seen in the previous 200 hundred years, and did the same thing re: gay marriage in Obergefell. Not to mention the 100 Obama or Biden judges who have ruled that Trump isn’t allowed to make executive decisions just because he’s the Chief Executive, and that

Biden could reverse all of Trump’s previous executive orders, but that Trump can’t reverse any of Biden’s or Obama’s executive orders, etc.)

So if the VA Supreme Court does reject the illegal Democrat gerrymander, they will have proved that a Democrat court can follow the law, even when it goes against the wishes of Democrat politicians. But even better, they will have set the table for Spanberger, Jeffries and the Dems to receive an epic, hilarious, karmic arse-whipping.

Because Ron DeSantis responded by LEGALLY achieving an equally lopsided gerrymander in Florida. But since he’s been the best damn governor in these United States, and has turned Florida from purple to deep red, he had already set the table with GOP majorities dominant enough that he could move quickly to put forward a redestricting bill, have it debated and passed by both houses, and then sign it into law himself.

All completely by the book, and in the span of four days!

Man, I hope that we can someday have that guy as our President!

But wait. There’s more! On Wednesday, SCOTUS handed down a long-awaited judgment on a case involving the Dems’ long-standing perversion of one aspect of the Voting Rights Act of 1965.

Sidebar: I think my view of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Voting Rights Act of 1965 are typical of most conservatives’ views: they were good and necessary pieces of legislation. (They were passed with a higher percentage of GOP votes (80ish percent) than Dem votes (70ish), and only after the GOP could break a 70+ day filibuster by Democrats, by the way.) They ended the racist legal schemes of the Democrats’ Jim Crow laws.

Annndddd…then they were transformed by those same Democrats into an anti-white and anti-Asian discriminatory racial spoils system that inflamed racial tensions, and resulted in Dems winning more House seats than they legitimately would have, had that racial grift not been in place for the last 60 years.

And SCOTUS ended all of that on Wednesday! By ruling that two racially gerrymandered House districts in Louisiana had violated the non-discrimination rules in the Constitution, SCOTUS opened the door to other red states redrawing non-racist district borders. Initial analyses suggests that this ruling could possibly result in the GOP picking up 10-12 House seats.

It’s important to note that these gains would come NOT from the GOP reversing the anti-white racism of the Dems and beating them at their own racist game. The gains would arise from our finally stopping the Dems from cheating, and would thus require that all candidates more fairly and effectively appeal to all voters, regardless of race, if they want to win elections. Which is as it should be.

So of course the shameless Dems who were gloating about their gains from gerrymandering just one week ago, are now protesting about their losses from gerrymandering. Hilariously enough, they have fewer House seats to gain from their own

additional gerrymandering attempts, since they had already drastically gerrymandered CA, IL and other blue states years ago. Sweet, sweet irony!

In other good news, SCOTUS also slapped down a power-abusing Dem state official in deep-blue New Jersey for having illegitimately gone after prolife centers. NJ Attorney General Matthew Platkin had issued subpoenas in 2023 to pregnancy centers, trying to force them to turn over to the state all information about everybody who had ever donated to or supported their efforts – a clear attempt to bully those groups and intimidate and prevent citizens from supporting them.

Shockingly enough, that was too much even for the three leftist SCOTUS justices, and the court unanimously rejected Platkin’s heavy handed tactics!

In purple Pennsylvania, their own state Supreme Court has ruled that devious Dem election officials have to make voting records public.

Observant readers may have noticed that the elite left has been doing everything possible to enable voting fraud, and hinder attempts to uncover it, stop it. and punish those responsible. Whether its through ballot harvesting, massive mail-in voting or fighting all attempts to mandate voter ID, the left loves itself some shady voting practices.

So it should be no surprise that for five years, Democrat officials have been resisting efforts by election integrity groups to get access to the records that document the votes cast in the 2020 election. (You may remember that election as The Most Honest and Legitimate Election in the History of Elections Ever™.)

In Pennsylvania, the state system retains Cast Vote Records (CVR), which are basically the receipts of votes cast at each election location and voting machine. These records would allow citizens to verify the legitimacy of elections. So the PA Democrat machine would prefer that citizens be prevented from seeing those records.

Unexpectedly!

Once again, the court ruling against the Democrats and for transparency (but I repeat myself) was unanimous!

Finally, and at the risk of counting my chickens before they are hatched, there are yet more encouraging signs coming out of SCOTUS, this time during their questioning of lawyers in a group of cases involving leftist lower court judges’ rulings that Trump shouldn’t be allowed to end Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Haitians and Syrians.

Theoretically, in such cases a president grants many thousands of foreigners the right to stay in America temporarily, because some natural disaster or dire event in their home countries makes it unsafe for them to remain there. In reality, in such cases a (usually Democrat) president grants many thousands of foreigners who would likely vote Democrat the right to come here “temporarily,” and then repeatedly extends the deadline for them to leave, until they are eventually granted citizenship and become a part of a permanent Democrat voting majority.

And America as we know it ends, with both a bang and a whimper.

In the current cases, Obama granted Haitians TPS in 2010 due to an earthquake, and he granted Syrians TPS in 2012, due to a civil war in Syria. The Haitians were supposed to go back home in 18 months, and the Syrians in a year. If you’ll check your calendar, you’ll find that it is now 2026, and they’re all still here. And a bunch of Democrat lawyers and judges are arguing that it would be a crime against humanity for Trump to end their TPS and force them to do what Obama promised he’d force them to do over a decade ago.

Look, I don’t blame anybody for wanting to come to America, which is the greatest country in the world. (Though I don’t understand why any leftists would want to allow that, since they constantly insist that America is a corrupt and evil fascist state, full of racist and sexist theocratic homophobes and transphobes. How could they subject the poor Haitians and Syrians to that kind of nightmare?!)

But saying that you’re giving someone the chance to stay here temporarily when everybody knows that you intend for them to stay here permanently is a lie. (See: The 10 Commandments.)

Speaking of lies, it’s obvious what the Democratic politicians and judges are doing here. They say that it’s perfectly fine for Obama to unilaterally – without any legislation, or approval from the Congress or the people – grant millions of people “temporary” status with the stroke of a pen. But it would be an unconstitutional crime against our sacred democracy for Trump to revoke that “temporary” status with an identical stroke of his pen.

Those judges and politicians are hypocrites, and it will be another great result if SCOTUS hands them yet one more humiliating defeat.

Have a great weekend, and brace yourself for even more good news on Monday.

The Democrat Elite Hate Democracy (posted 4/24/26)

If you’re like me – and what a great world this would be if everybody was – you were very irritated throughout 2024 by two constantly repeated talking points from Democrats and media talking heads (but I repeat myself): “no one is above the law,” and “we are fighting for democracy!”

Both phrases, of course, were false. Because: elite Democrat talking points.

By “no one is above the law,” Dems meant, “No Republicans – and especially Trump — are above the law.” And by “the law” they meant, “whatever we can falsely claim that the law is.”

On the other hand, the Dems created an immense scaffolding of double standards to exempt themselves and their minions from being subject to our laws. They’ve shamefully done everything possible to ensure that EVERYONE on their side is above the law.

Did Hunter Biden film himself breaking many laws against the use of drugs and prostitutes? Did he also launder millions of dollars from the Chicoms and corrupt Ukranian oligarchs – not to mention from “selling” those execrable paintings of his – in violation of various laws? Did “president” Biden accept at least 10% of those illegal funds? Did various Biden family +

members also illegally profit from their political connections to the Cadaver in Chief?

Obviously, in all cases. And rather than insisting that any of those lawbreakers face legal consequences, Joey Gaffes gave them all pardons on his way out the door. Just to be doubly sure that all of them remained above the law.

Of course the most glaring examples of this creepy double standard is the 15-20 million illegals whom the Biden administration illegally welcomed in! All Dem elites constantly argue that illegals should be above the law. They shouldn’t be held responsible for the crime of sneaking in, of working illegally, of driving illegally, of receiving all forms of welfare (except emergency medical services) illegally, or of committing additional violent crimes.

ALL of them should be above the law, and you’re a xenophobic racist if you disagree.

For a long time, “no one is above the law” was the most infuriating Democrat lie to me. But in recent weeks, the “we are the defenders of democracy” has taken top honors. Or, I guess, top dishonors.

The Democrats are obviously doing their best to routinely thwart the democratically expressed will of the people. How could they not, when they’ve consistently taken the “20” end of so many 80-20 issues?

The vast majority of Americans want biological males to be kept out of female bathrooms and locker rooms, and prevented from competing against females in sports. Similarly large majorities want to require voter IDs in elections, and for our border to be closed, and for all violent illegals to be deported. In all of those cases, though, the Dems have done everything possible to oppose the democratic process.

For decades, the Dems have happily used the courts to give them by judicial dictat what they could not win at the ballot box, from school busing to gay marriage to over-regulation to governmentally-approved racial discrimination against Asians and whites. They’re doing the same thing now, cheering every partisan local judge who tries to stop Trump from carrying out the duties of the executive, on whatever flimsy legal reasoning those hacks can find.

Trump’s stunning second election should have given the Dems pause. He won a lopsided victory in the electoral college, and even won the popular vote. If the left actually revered “democracy,” they wouldn’t have immediately tried to delegitimize his victory and oppose every single Trump action. Yet that is exactly what they’ve done.

But the most outrageously dishonest example of recent Democrat hypocrisy has come from the way they’ve handled the issue of gerrymandering congressional voting districts.

To grant the obvious point, gerrymandering is not illegal, and the practice has been around for centuries. Part of the reward of holding an electoral majority when reapportionment happens is to be able to draw borders that will help your party’s prospects in future elections. But that power is obviously open to abuse, and in our messy democratic system, there has usually been an unwritten, gentleman’s agreement that both parties will not abuse the system completely, giving themselves electoral advantages far out of proportion to the partisan breakdown of their state’s citizenry.

But you may have noticed that there are few gentlemen – or gentle-ladies, or gentle-he-shes – left in congress these days. And thus we find the Democrats in blue states doing everything they can to corruptly gerrymander the GOP voters’ voices out of existence.

Before any lefties in the audience can argue that both parties do it, I’ll point you to some actual facts. I’ve chosen 5 of the most prominent Democrat states, and 5 of the most prominent GOP states (some because they are contemplating gerrymandering now).

Here are the GOP states:

Texas – went for Trump over Harris in 2024 by 64%-34%; House seat percentages are 66% GOP to 34% Dem

Tennessee – went for Trump over Harris in 2024 by 64%-34%; House seat percentages are 89% GOP to 11% Dem (8 of 9)

Ohio – went for Trump over Harris in 2024 by 55%-44%; House seat percentages are 66% GOP to 33% Dem

Missouri – went for Trump over Harris in 2024 by 59%-40%; House seat percentages are 75% GOP to 25% Dem

Florida – went for Trump over Harris in 2024 by 56%-43%; House seat percentages are 71% GOP to 29% Dem

You can detect the bias toward the party in power by considering how much their opponents’ House seat percentage under-represents the opposition party’s share of the presidential vote. 40% of Missouri voters were Democrats, yet Dems only held 25% of Missouri House seats, a deficit of 15%. In Florida, 43% of voters were Dems, but only 29% of the House seats, a deficit of 14%. Ohio was closer, with a 11% Dem deficit (44% of the voters, but only 33% of the House seats). TN is trickier, because with only 1 of 9 House seats going to Dems, the deficit is 23% (34% of the vote to just 11% of House seats). Texas had actually zero bias, as 34% of both the vote and House seats belonging to Dems.

Here are the Dem states:

NY – went for Harris over Trump in 2024 by 54%-43%; House seat percentages are 73% Dem to 27% GOP

IL – went for Harris over Trump in 2024 by 55%-43%; House seat percentages are 82% Dem to 18% GOP

CA — went for Harris over Trump in 2024 by 62%-38%; House seat percentages are 74% Dem to 26% GOP

MA — went for Harris over Trump in 2024 by 61%-36%; House seat percentages are 100% Dem to 0% GOP (9 of 9)

NJ — went for Harris over Trump in 2024 by 52%-46%; House seat percentages are 75% Dem to 25% GOP

Of these 5 Dem states, MA repeats the TN anomaly: with only 9 House seats, the 100% Dem seats creates a 36% GOP deficit. The other four states produce GOP deficits of 16% (NY); 12% (CA); 21% (NJ), and, with the worst bias (25%), Illinois.

The math is clear: the 5 Dem states were around twice as biased against the GOP (averaging 22%) than the GOP states were against the Dems (12%). And that doesn’t count the recent, corrupt CA gerrymander, which added a double-digit increase in the existing GOP representational deficit in CA.

To top that off, the Dems’ ridiculous lies about evil White Witch Spanberger’s gerrymander proposal for Virginia are even clearer, given these numbers. When confronted about the transparent corruption in VA, Dems claimed that they were only redrawing their districts because Texas did their gerrymander – which they called “an illegitimate, partisan power-grab” –first.

But consider the numbers. Before the recent gerrymanders, both Texas and VA had basically evenly matched House seats and presidential vote parity. But when Texas’ gerrymander was done, the TX GOP was expected to gain 2 House seats, for a 5% advantage over the Dems. By contrast, the VA Dems were set to cut the 5 GOP House seats to only 1, creating a 36% advantage over the GOP.

So if gerrymandering for partisan advantage is corrupt, the Virginia Democrats are 7 times as corrupt as the Texas GOP, just as the 5 Dem states are twice as corrupt as the GOP.

The Dems may not get away with their attempted disenfranchising of Virginia voters, since a state judge declared it unconstitutional, citing several illegal aspects of that stunt. Hopefully a few judges in VA will be more honest than the national Democrats are.

But regardless, the gerrymandering debate shows that the Democrats are lying about their respect for democracy as much as they were lying when they pretended to believe that “no one is above the law.”

And it reinforces another constant in Democrat politics:

Whenever Dems are accusing the GOP of some form of corruption, you can bet your last dollar that they are actually more guilty of it themselves.

The Hypocrisy of Mamdani, and the Flight of the Texas Democrats (posted 8/13/25)

You may have noticed that the Democrats have recently upped their game when it comes to hypocrisy.  You could say that they’re here to drink kale smoothies and be hypocrites, and they’re all out of kale smoothies.

Let’s start in New York City, where the logic-challenged voting base of Manhattan masochists continues to rush headlong into the electoral nightmare of a Commie Mamdani administration.  In addition to being a rabid Jew-hater, Mamdani is the kind of economic ignoramus who thinks that grocery stores – which have about the skinniest profit margins of any business – are “gouging” New Yorkers, and the solution is to have the city government run them.

Get ready for the grand opening of dozens of city-run outlets of the “Empty-Shelves-R-Us”  franchise!

Like most high-profile, power-hungry socialists, Mamdani is a spoiled rich kid cosplaying as a working-class hero.  Which is pretty tough to pull off when you’ve never had a real job in your life.

You probably heard about Zohran’s lavish wedding in a luxury compound in Ghana, where he was surrounded by extensive security, including devices to jam cell signals during the ceremony.  I’m no expert on the Ghanian telecommunications system, but I’m pretty sure that Gha Bell (Ghana’s version of Ma Bell, duh!) consists mostly of hollowed-out coconut halves connected with strings.

So using high-tech cell-signal-jammers seems like over-kill, doesn’t it?

Though Zohran is totally lacking in real-world and governing experience, he’s already hit for a leftist hypocrisy hat trick:

1. After years of calling for defunding the police, he recently laid out $34K (of mommy and daddy’s money, I’m guessing) on AS&I.  No, not “Arseholery, Smugness and Incompetence,” though that was a great guess, and a fine Democrat slogan for the ’26 mid-term elections.  It’s “Advanced Security and Investigations,” a private security firm that will give him the kind of protection that New Yorkers will most definitely NOT be getting from the former NYPD cops who are now all down in Florida protecting Mar-A-Lago and CO’s equally lavish world HQ.

2. Despite his unearned wealth, Zohran lives in a rent-controlled apartment, an archetypal, chef’s-kiss-perfect betrayal of all the New Yorkers struggling to find affordable housing.  Because if there’s one thing a trust-fund kid who’s about to decimate the NYC housing market needs, it’s a subsidy from the saps who vote for him.

3. When Zohran was applying to college, he had to identify his ethnicity on paperwork.  His mom is Indian, and his dad is Indian.  (Not F-Troop Indians like Grandma Squanto Warren – #mustweeverstopmockingher? #Ithinknot – but India Indian.) So the only sane and honest answer was “Indian.”

But the DEI religion looks down on Indians, because they are generally successful.  And we can’t have that.  So Zero/Zohran checked the box for “Black or African American.”  Because he was born in an African country, and lived there for a few years as an infant.

You know, the same way that if you had been born in Australia, you’d check the box indicating that you identify as “koala or arboreal marsupial” on your Columbia application.

Boy, New York voters will have no excuse if they vote for this jerk in November.  Because he is an open book.

And that book is a mash-up of “The Communist Manifesto” and “Mein Kampf.”

Speaking of the Albino Apache Liz Warren (#neverstop), she naturally endorsed Mamdani, giving him a tip of the headdress, from one phony to another.  The NY Post had the perfect headline when Warren and Mamdani talked before the endorsement: “African American Meets Native American.”

Because I am basically a grown 8th grader, I also enjoyed when she was hanging around in the House chambers and leaned back on a desk, which then fell over, dumping her dishonest butt to the floor.

She tried to cover up the gaffe, but nobody believed her excuse that she was just putting her ear to the ground to see if she could detect any nearby buffalo herds that might be stampeding.

But my favorite example of Democrat hypocrisy lately has been their kabuki theatre outrage about the evils of gerrymandering.

A few weeks ago, Ron DeSantis (peace be upon him) won a three-year court battle when the state Supreme Court upheld his 2022 redistricting map that cemented the redness of this red state after years of GOP gains.  Several other red states – Missouri and Indiana among them – are considering redistricting too, following in the footsteps of Texas, where Governor Gregg Abbott is pushing a new map that could give the GOP 5 more House seats.

In the past, the left made the term “gerrymandering” a feared accusation, at least among RINOs and other political invertebrates so spineless that they wouldn’t even take their own side in an argument.  But one happy result of last November – among many – was that Trump’s victory gave many in the GOP a spine, and then instilled some steel in it.   Hence Abbott’s plan.

Hilariously, the strategy of Texas elected Democrats was to take arms against a sea of troubles by…running away to Illinois, to deny a quorum that would allow the Texas legislature to pass their redrawn congressional map.

On the one hand, the decision by several dozen Texan Dems’ to flee to Illinois was a smart one.  Because if the FBI came looking for them, they could all escape detection by hiding behind J.B. Pritzker (D-irigible).

On the other hand, it was incredibly stupid, since Illinois is arguably the most corruptly gerrymandered state in the union, and only highlighted their hypocrisy.  In fact, many of the bluest states – IL, CA, NY, NJ, MA, etc. – have already been so heavily gerrymandered that even after Texas’ new map passes, it will STILL be less lopsided than the Dems’ current maps.

And that reality made national Dems even more of a laughingstock when they threatened to re-draw their own districts to cancel out Texas’ efforts.  Because the briefest glance at their maps showed how much they’ve already used the tactic that they’re now pretending to be so offended by.

For example, Trump got 44% of the vote in Illinois, but the GOP only holds 18% of the House seats there.  He got 40% in CA, where the GOP holds only 21% of House seats.  And in MA, where Trump won 36% of the vote, the GOP holds zero House seats!  Those numbers attest to how aggressively the Dems have worked to thwart democratically representative state maps, all the while stroking themselves over how they are righteous fighters to “save our democracy!”

And now the GOP is beginning to fight fire with fire.  (And you know how much that terrifies Imhotep Pelosi, since her burial wrappings are so flammable that she’ll go up like a desiccated Roman candle.  Or Egyptian candle, I guess.)

The irony and schadenfreude are delicious!  The very fact that Republicans have played the game more “fairly” in the past is what gives them the chance to gain so many seats now.  Ben Shapiro gave some raw numbers yesterday:  there are 67 Democrat House representatives from red states, vs only 39 GOP reps from blue states.  Those 39 GOP congressmen are likely the bare minimum number that can be produced given how many GOP voters there are in the country – what are MA Dems going to do, reduce their GOP members from zero to a negative number?! – while a decent amount of those 67 Democrat red-state congress-weasels can likely be gerrymandered right out of their seats.

Additionally, Trump’s idea of re-doing the 2020 census now is a great example of the way he’s been leaning forward, and winning battles that past GOP presidents have been too squeamish to fight.  The Census Bureau has admitted that it under-counted many red state populations in the 2020 census, and the numbers show that red states would have at least 5 more electoral votes right now if that count had been accurate.

Knowing that, why should we have to wait 10 years – which would span 5 congressional and 2 presidential elections – to correct that error?

Yes, sure, the census is traditionally only done once per decade.  But have I mentioned what hypocrites the Democrats are?

Because you know what else also used to be traditional?   Just off the top of my head…

Requiring a filibuster-proof majority to approve federal judges…which Harry Reid and the Dems did away with in 2013.

And not jailing opposition party members when they defied a congressional subpoena…as the GOP declined to do when Eric “Steadman” Holder and Lois Lerner both defied legitimate subpoenas during Trump’s first term.  The Dems returned the favor by jailing both Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro based on much less serious subpoenas just a few years later.

And not having their own partisan local judges launch a flurry of illegitimate rulings to thwart the opposition’s president.

And not using the legal system with some bogus lawfare attacks on your political opponent.

I could go on and on.  But this taste of bile in my throat is quite unpleasant.

This just in: as I was writing this, I saw the headline that the Texas Dems have announced that they are returning to Texas.  But they want us to know that their tails between their legs are not a sign that they lost.  They are declaring victory, because “they accomplished their mission by raising national awareness about the mid-decade redistricting effort.”

Yes.  You made fools of yourselves, thus raising awareness of how foolish you all are.

So what have we learned today?  Only what we already knew: the Democrats have completed the FA portion of their national partisan gamesmanship, and they’ve now entered the FO phase.

The political landscape is littered with the Dems’ petards, and it’s time to start hoisting them.

Or, as Uncle Bob would say, “The barn is smoking and the tractor tires are on fire.  Let’s go!”

Hamas delenda est!
